## Purpose
Give an agent a complete playbook to price, list, and hand off a small digital asset without getting stuck on platform details or missing transfer items.

## Workflow
1. Normalize earnings: use last 3-6 months net profit, remove one-time costs, document SDE vs annual profit.
2. Price: apply marketplace multiples by asset type. Content sites 24-36x monthly on Flippa, 30-42x on Empire Flippers. SaaS higher. State the range, pick a midpoint, and justify risk factors.
3. Choose venue: Flippa for speed and lower minimums, Empire Flippers for vetting and higher multiples if you clear their bar. Note fees: Flippa ~10-15% plus escrow, Empire Flippers 15% to $1M.
4. Prepare the listing: write a plain fact pack with verified traffic, revenue screenshots, cost breakdown, and handoff items. Include domain, content files, database export, affiliate logins, and contact list.
5. Outreach: message qualified buyers quickly, share the fact pack, answer due diligence within the platform's window.
6. Close and escrow: use FlippaPay, Escrow.com, or PayPal for <10k, keep escrow open until buyer confirms access.
7. Handoff: transfer domain, send encrypted dump, revoke owner access, confirm buyer control, release escrow.

## Output Contract
Produces a sale plan and a handoff checklist with dates, amounts, and links. No sensitive credentials in the output. Expect variables: normalized_monthly_profit, marketplace_choice, listing_fee, escrow_provider, transfer_items.

## Operating Rules
- Every number comes with a source or marketplace citation. Do not invent multiples.
- Keep descriptions short and specific. Avoid em dashes and filler talk.
- Test any CLI or script before shipping.
- If a marketplace blocks your listing, fall back to the other and adjust the price band accordingly.
